Lunch today was leftover pizza from last night.
Snack today was dried figs, pistachios and a small glass of milk.
Breakfast this morning was granola with milk; along with my morning decaf coffee. Lunch today was leftover pizza from last night. Snack today was dried figs, pistachios and a small glass of milk. Dinner tonight is the Stuffed Pork Tenderloin recipe we made once before. It was really good but there will be a little change with it tonight. Not to try and improve upon the recipe but simply because I forgot to buy one of the main ingredients :) The pork is suppose to be stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach but I didn't have any spinach. Oh well, didn't realize it until I was actually getting the pork ready for the oven so we will have to go without it tonight. For sides we are having baked potatoes with butter and chives, and green beans. It was all really good; even without the spinach :)
