Breakfast this morning was granola and milk; out of banana this morning. Yes, I love my granola. It is a favorite and when I have a batch made I tend to eat it constantly until it's gone :) and that will be soon :(
Snack today was some apple with the kids in preschool today.
Realized I didn't have any lunch today and when I actually realized this it was almost time for dinner; therefore no lunch today. This does not happen often; me forgetting a meal. I haven't been feeling 100% lately and haven't had my normal appetite. I did have a cup of Immunity Booster tea from Steeped Tea though with a pile of honey :)
Dinner tonight ended up going off plan and I simply made pasta and meat sauce (the menu was Stuffed Peppers). It was pretty simple and something I was looking forward to eating when I thought about it. I fried up ground turkey with some sausage, added marinara sauce and spices, and tossed it with whole grain pasta. Topped with some Parmesan, this was an excellent spur-of-the-moment dish :)
