Breakfast this morning was a 10 Day Detox Diet shake recipe; the Whole Food Protein Shake. I didn't drink all of it. I have very little sense of taste due to a sinus infection and I found the texture a little too gritty today.
Dinner tonight was Pulled Pork in the slow cooker, mashed potatoes and Roasted Asparagus. It was all really good and I will admit I have missed real cooked meals lately.
