Breakfast this morning was the usual granola, banana and milk.
Lunch was leftover roasted vegetables from the other night. Just potato, carrot and onion with olive oil and spices. The not so great part of my day was an Iced Cap from Tim Horton's while out running errands.
Dinner tonight was planned to be Veggie Quesadillas, but for some reason I was in no mood to make them. I ended up making a pasta dish from scratch and it was delicious. I fried up garlic, red pepper, onion and Italian sausage in some olive oil. Tossed it with a spicy Arriabata sauce and whole wheat spaghetti. Topped it with fresh parmesan. It was really nice.
