Had a good day today. Meals were all fine. Breakfast was toast with almond butter and jam; along with tea. Lunch was cooked by Hubby. Had eggs and potato hash. It was delicious. Snack was an apple. Dinner tonight was grilled lamb and sauteed veggies; all cooked by Hubby. I am not a lamb person but this was some of the best I have eaten. It was delicious. Juicy and mild tasting. Hubby just did it with flavored oil and seasoning. The veggies were done the same way; fried with oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.

I used the Truffle recipe from Christmas. I added about 1/4 cup of maple syrup to it because it has no sweetness at all. Spread it out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper, and topped half of the chocolate with whole almonds. Placed in fridge to harden and chopped it up into bite-size pieces. It's pretty good. Needs to stay in the fridge or freezer though as it melts quickly.
