All meals and snacks were real food. Breakfast was toast and tea. Lunch was a little leftover Mac & Cheese from the other night. (Not a good enough recipe to make again though). Snack was a banana. Dinner tonight was pan-fried trout in butter, salt & pepper; along with roasted veggies. I used turnip, carrot, onion and broccoli for the veggies. Add the broccoli in later as it takes much less time to cook. I tossed them in mushroom sage olive oil from O'Leva, and seasoned with salt and pepper. Very simply but healthy and yummy meal.
A great day today. First of all it was weigh-day and I lost 2 pounds. Yay! Very happy with that since last week I didn't lose and was starting to question why. All meals and snacks were real food.
