Last night I didn't end up having a snack because I found I wasn't really very hungry. I did have some orange juice and I did make a hot chocolate that finally taste like hot chocolate and not hot cocoa. Yay! I used the hot chocolate post from 100 days of real food on Facebook. It's very simple but so far the best. I have tried making it on the stove in a pot and using extra ingredients but I haven't found a recipe I'm very fond of until now; and I love the fact that I can make it quickly in the microwave.
Our meals for day 26: Breakfast was again a slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter and my morning coffee. I am a creature of habit and pretty much eat the same handful of breakfast foods most days.
Snack today was with the children in preschool again today. I had an orange juice and some apple.
Lunch was the leftover pizza from last night's dinner and this time around it was much better. I would suggest using the crust recipe and making 2 pizzas instead of just one. One pizza using this recipe was way too thick and was not very good when leftover. After making 2 pizzas this time it was still good as leftovers.
