Hubby cooked breakfast this morning. Had scrambled eggs and homemade hash-browns. I also had two cups of tea :) Lunch was whole grain toast with butter and then I had my green smoothie (coconut water, frozen fruit, matcha tea, & spinach)

I also had two cups of tea :) Lunch was whole grain toast with butter and then I had my green smoothie (coconut water, frozen fruit, matcha tea, & spinach) For dinner tonight we tried a new fish; Hoki. Never heard of it before but saw it at the grocery store today and picked it up. Hubby pan-fried it and made a butter caper sauce (recipe on the box). We had it with steamed broccoli and carrots. It was a really nice fish. Very mild and similar to cod. The butter caper sauce worked well with it too. Salty and buttery; similar to scrunchions :)
