Another great day. Both myself and Hubby lost weight this week. We are both still doing really well with the 100 day real food challenge, and we celebrated my little brother's birthday today with family. It was my first time home for his birthday in 3 years so it was a great day.
The cake was really good for no white sugar or white flour. I made 2 round cakes and put strawberry jam between the two layers. I made whipped cream topping with heavy cream, vanilla, a maple syrup. I also topped the cake with a little chopped homemade chocolate. When it was served there was extra strawberry jam and whipped topping to add, as well as some toasted coconut. Delicious :)
I'm still pretty full from our birthday lunch and it's dinnertime now. Hubby cooked up scallops with left over whole wheat pasta and some marinara sauce. I ate a scallop :) I may have a snack later if I get hungry, probably just some popcorn or granola.
