Breakfast this morning was oatmeal again, with banana and coconut. It's ok but not a favorite. I find the oatmeal really bland and still think it needs sweetness. I had my morning decaf coffee with just milk and that is fine. I can continue with that one I think.
Lunch today was leftover pizza from last night. I re-heated it in the toaster oven instead of the microwave this time and it was really good. Nice and crispy instead of slightly mushy :) I will admit though, I don't mind pizza re-heated in the microwave too much and I like it cold as well.
