Breakfast this morning was banana pancakes from the freezer with maple syrup and my morning coffee (regular instead of decaf this morning).
Lunch was leftover roasted veggies from last night's dinner (see day 56). Hubby made a ton of roasted veggies but they were still delicious.
Snack today was an orange and half a slice of bread with butter. I tried a new whole wheat bread recipe today and think I will be using this new recipe for awhile. It smelled and looked excellent so I had to try it once it cooled enough to cut :) Sorry, forgot to get a picture before we cut into it and started eating :) I only made 1 loaf instead of the 2, but will likely make both next time and try freezing one.
