Lunch today was leftovers from last night's dinner; the Prosciutto wrapped fish and veggies. Still great as leftovers. The portion was small though. The recipe serves 6 but we cut the recipe in half and I still made 4 servings because we both wanted it for lunch the next day.
I had 2 snacks today since we are having a later dinner due to Hubby working into the evenings this week. My first snack was a Larabar. Second snack was a banana, cheese and crackers.
