Breakfast was granola, yogurt and blueberry jam with my morning coffee (with maple syrup and cream).
Lunch was leftover cod, potato and peas from last night.
Afternoon snack was a banana muffin with almond butter and strawberry jam, and apple with almond butter.
Dinner tonight was chicken fried rice. A recipe I have been using for years and really enjoy. Most people ask me what I am having for dinner, and when I say chicken fried rice they ask what I 'm having with it. Just chicken fried rice. It has protein, carb and veggie, why do I need something else. Always found that an odd question.
