Lunch today was leftover chicken and rice soup from last night. It was still great. I actually prefer the soup with the rice but Hubby prefers it with the whole wheat noodles.
Snack today was a banana and some roasted almonds. I roasted the raw almonds myself for adding to my homemade chocolate so I made extra for snacks. I often snack on raw almonds but sometimes it's nice to have simple roasted ones as an option.
