Breakfast this morning was a slice of whole wheat bread (new recipe) with almond butter and chia seeds, a fruit salad, and my morning coffee (not decaf this morning).
Lunch was Creole Jambalaya from the freezer. It was good but really wish I had made extra of the Pork with Apples & Onions from last night because that was great.
Snack today was a banana muffin (from the freezer) with almond butter and apple sauce. First time trying this combination and I really liked it.
