Had a great day today. Breakfast was another Almond & Strawberry Smoothie along with a boiled egg. I found that I got really hungry yesterday after the smoothie. My belly was growling so loudly the kids heard it in preschool. I don't want to scare them by having them think I may be hungry enough to eat a child :) Snack was a banana with my kiddies. Lunch was leftover Chicken Soup from last night. Dinner tonight was Pork Chops with Onions & Apples, along with roasted asparagus and a baked potato with butter. Still 100% grain free today (I am not including veggies such as corn and potatoes since they are not an actual grain) and I am also milk free (not dairy free since I had butter on my potato).
Still following a real food lifestyle (most days) and just started a grain and milk free diet yesterday to see if it will help with some health and wellness issues. Still too early to tell.
