Breakfast today was hash brown potatoes done with peppers and onions along with fried eggs. Hubby cooked breakfast this morning which makes it all the better :) Thanks Hun. I also had a couple of cups of tea with whole milk and maple syrup.
Snack today was some raw almonds and a Snowball.
Dinner tonight was a recipe we tried back on day 50 of our original 100 day challenge last year. It was a recipe we both liked but it somehow got lost and forgotten about and we hadn't made it again until tonight. It is still delicious. We made Chicken with Tomato-Basil Cream Sauce. A couple of changes we made: added garlic to the tomatoes and onions, tossed the sauce with whole wheat fusilli pasta when done, used apple juice instead of broth or wine, and used kumato tomatoes instead of plum. Hubby thought it was delicious and can't believe we had forgotten about the recipe.
