A great day. Still grain-free :) Smoothie for breakfast. Apple for snack. Lunch was leftover fish cake (without the cake) from last night. Dinner tonight was chicken stir-fry; no recipe followed. I just used veggies I had. I stir-fried chicken in avocado oil with salt and pepper. I then stir-fried onions, carrots and broccoli with lime olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Next I added peppers and water chestnuts and the chicken back in at the end. It was really good and easy; especially since Hubby did most of the veggie chopping :)
