Food today was a Smoothie for breakfast. First snack was apple slices. Lunch was leftover Chicken Stir-fry from last night. Second snack was another smoothie; I find myself craving these now. Dinner was fresh trout from my Dad :) Thanks Dad. I fried it up in avocado oil with Smoky Tea-aki seasoning from Steeped Tea. Yummy. We had it with steamed brussel sprouts and carrots topped with a little garlic salt and butter. Very simple but still excellent.
Still eating real food and remaining grain-free along with milk-free. I will admit it has been difficult and it isn't a cure-all, but I am feeling a whole lot better.
