Breakfast this morning was the Whole Food Protein Shake. I am just alternating between this shake and the Almond and Strawberry Smoothie now.
Lunch today was the same as yesterday. I had the Chicken Soup and made a salad. I did add walnuts to the salad to see if that would help fill me up for longer. I wasn't as hungry as some days but still needed an afternoon snack.
Snack today was a couple of boiled eggs and some mixed nuts.
Dinner tonight was another new recipe. We tried the Chicken Breast Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto with a side of Sauteed Spinach. Sorry can't find this recipe online anywhere, I may type it up later, but probably not :) It was ok; I ate it but probably wouldn't bother to make it again. The chicken was supposed to have a pocket cut into it and then stuffed with the tomato pesto, but instead I tried to roll it up. It didn't look very pretty :) Oh well, don't think it affected the taste.
