Breakfast this morning was a decaf coffee with milk and a whole wheat banana muffin (from the freezer) with almond butter.
Lunch today was unplanned. I was out for a hair appointment that ran late and by the end I was starving and still had errands to run before heading home. I weighed my options and tried to make a healthier real food choice. I went to Manna Bakery. First time eating there. I ordered a roast turkey sandwich. The turkey is real roasted turkey, not deli meat and I had dark rye bread which is baked there. I know it probably had added sugars and the mustard probably had added things, and the cheese had colours, but I think it was a really good choice for eating out.
Then, once home I decided to taste test the wine I bought :) Very nice, will buy this again for sure. Dinner tonight ended up being a mish-mash of things. Had half a leftover veggie quesadillas and some chicken meatballs from the freezer a little later. Also ate some
