Recently going gluten-free again due to health concerns I am finding it hard not eating certain foods. I admit I am not finding bread difficult to exclude, except for not having Rupert's sandwiches :( I was never a huge pizza fan, although lately I have been really enjoying The Stephanie pizza at Piatto. I have found a cauliflower crust though that has potential and will suffice for any pizza cravings for now. My biggest obstacle has been pasta. I am dearly missing pasta; and so is Hubby. I know there are often gluten free options but I have found they don't taste very good and/or they have lots of other questionable ingredients. We are still trying to stick to less-processed, real-food options. This week I found a gluten-free pasta that has one ingredient; corn flour. I know corn is a grain and has lots of negative comments due to the high use of GMO corn; but is gluten-free and it tasted great :)
