Breakfast this morning was scrambled eggs with nutritional yeast and fresh mini tomatoes from Lester's farm. These were delicious. Nothing better than fresh tomatoes. Also had an organic coffee with maple syrup and whole milk. Lunch was a bowl of my Chicken Soup (from the freezer). Dinner tonight was a Beef & Veggie Stir-fry. Hubby wanted the beef cooked separate so it wasn't overcooked. He pan-fried it and we just sliced it and added it to the top. I followed the recipe pretty much as written except I used a strip-loin steak and served with basmati rice.
I think I had a pretty good day considering it's Halloween and we had a party in pre-k :) All my meals were good choices and I didn't go nuts with the Halloween treats. Think I am doing really well with limiting Halloween treats today considering this is what Hubby brought home from work :)
