Sorry I haven't been posting regularly lately, I am having some major problems with my computer and am still trying to get it sorted out but may end up having to buy a new one :(
I haven't been having the best days food-wise either. I seem to be in a mood and just want to eat junk. I am trying but am not as motivated as I have been before. The last few days I have been cooking good dinners at least, but I have had some junk food and I have had some not 100% real food items such as a Cesar salad from the grocery store and store-chocolate. I am trying to get back on track and hope to be posting again regularly soon.
I have also been looking into these "no sugar" diets. They seem interesting and I am wondering about them. Anyone try them or have any advise or experiences? I still plan to follow real food but am wondering if sugar is a problem for me.
