I weighed in today, had a little cry, and started trying to eat better again. Can't seem to just eat well without any guidelines at all. Finding the elimination type diets just too restrictive and when I fall off the wagon I fall hard. I came across the Day Off Diet by Dr Oz. It's free, available online, and seems doable so going to give that one a try. I started today and did really well but I will admit I did cave and eat some chocolate (yes, and it's only the first day). Trying not to let that slip be the end of it so pushing on.
Breakfast today was plain Greek yogurt with fruit (1/2 banana) and scrambled eggs with veggies (tomato & spinach) and a little nutritional yeast on top for vitamin B. I started the day with hot water and lemon as recommended.
Lunch will usually be leftovers but today I had a huge salad (mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, peppers, tomatoes, boiled eggs, walnuts, olive oil & balsamic).
