Tried a new salmon recipe tonight for dinner; Blackened Salmon with Mango Salsa. For those who read my blog, you know that salmon is not a favorite of mine, but I keep trying it because it's a healthy food and Hubby loves it. This was pretty good; the mango salsa is delicious and we used Hubby's own blackening spice instead of the spices in the recipe. Still doing the 30 Day Smoothie Challenge as well. Some smoothies are better than others but am trying lots of different recipes and ingredients to get some keeper recipes :)
