I have made some appointments this week and next with different health care and alternative health practitioners and really hope to start feeling better. I have come to realize that something in my diet (likely gluten) is really making me feel horrible. I need to cut it out and see where I go from there. I have a good meal plan for the week and bought groceries today :) Starting good meals over the weekend instead of waiting to start on Monday as usual, that's how badly I am feeling now.
Dinner tonight was cooked by Hubby and was great. We had bison steak done in a butter and mushroom sauce, baked potato with butter and chives, and steamed sprouts and carrots. It was great :) Also had it with gluten-free beer :) Love having a great meal that is cooked by someone else, lol.
