Dinner tonight was a roasted local chicken from Taylor's and roasted veggies. I simply stuffed the chicken with some onion and lemon, and drizzled it with the Wild Mushroom Sage Olive Oil from O'Leva. The veggies were taken from the recipe for Prosciutto Wrapped Halibut. It was all very yummy :) I also ate the chicken heart (which I love) and the liver (which I don't love) because the organ meat is supposed to be really good for you, sigh. It's a start :)
Had a great day today! Only ate real food and feeling good :) Also doing a lot of research on other ways of eating such as low carb and low sugar and thinking about eliminating dairy.
