We did really well today though and hoping it will continue 75-80% of the time. I made a large batch of Granola last night to have for breakfasts :) Dinner tonight was roasted chicken and roasted veggies. This smelled delicious while cooking and I found myself really looking forward to this meal :) It was excellent; healthy, real food ingredients, and so simple.
If you have been looking at my blog lately you can see that we have been getting off track lately. Not cooking nearly as often as we have been over the past year. We have been eating out a lot and I haven't been staying gluten-free or even following my real food guidelines as much as we should be.
