Friday went great for the day. I ate all the proper meals but than I went to a friends house for a get together. I drank lots of wine and some beer, and I ate a couple of cookies; but I don't think they mattered much because they didn't stay down long :)
Saturday I was not feeling well at all and just wasn't up to prepping and cooking. Also, after a few too many drinks the night before I had major junk food cravings. I did my shake in the morning for breakfast but than it went downhill after that. I had fish and chips with gravy and tartar sauce and onion rings. I didn't eat it all, barely half, so that's a help. Than last night I had some plain Lays as a snack and I had a chocolate milk (my hangover comfort drink). Not the greatest of days.
