Breakfast this morning was granola, banana and milk.
Lunch was leftover roasted veggies from last night's dinner. I fried the veggies up with some eggs and a sprinkle of swiss cheese.
Surprisingly, it has been a great Monday :) Breakfast this morning was granola, banana and milk. Lunch was leftover roasted veggies from last night's dinner. I fried the veggies up with some eggs and a sprinkle of swiss cheese. Dinner tonight was Super Simple Shrimp Tacos. These are really good and pretty simple :) We have made these a few times and really enjoy them.
