6. No alcohol :(

Eliminate these foods for 23 days! Next pick 1 food from the elimination list to try in a reintroduction phase. Only 1 food at a time. Try it, wait 2 days and note how you feel. If you are good try it again and wait 2 more days. If still good that food is likely fine for you, add it to your "good for you" list. Continue with 1 other new food and repeat. If you feel bad or symptoms reappear than leave that food off your "good for you" list for now. You can always try these foods at a later time.
