Dinner tonight was great and all prepped and cooked by Hubby :) Even better :) We had Blackened Cod (Hubby makes his own blackening spice to better ensure real food ingredients) and Sweet Potato Hash. No recipe for the hash. He just fried up some bacon, removed the cooked bacon, and fried all the veggies until soft and added the bacon back. Used sweet potato, carrot, turnip and onion. Simply seasoned with salt, pepper & savory. Delicious; definitely a keeper :)
