I have to admit though that I do need to follow some sort of eating plan for my health. I am back to feeling completely horrible. Healthy people should not feel this bad. All my tests have come back normal, which is great, and the only thing abnormal is high inflammation which my doctors do not think is a problem if they haven't found a root cause. I don't really agree with that due to the negative effects of chronic inflammation and how I know I actually feel.
One of my doctors actually told me that food will not greatly affect how I feel, but I know when I cut out certain things I tend to feel better overall. There has to be something to that. I have fallen back into eating everything, no limits what-so-ever, and that just doesn't work for me. Therefore I am back to an elimination diet for inflammation. No gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, fast food (mainly deep-fried), alcohol, and sugar for 23 days. After 23 days I can start reintroducing foods one at a time to see which specific foods are problematic for me. Then I can keep away from those.
I am actually looking forward to eating well and feeling better. Will keep everyone updated this week and will apologize now to the restaurant owners, sorry but you won't see me for awhile.
