Breakfast was a Dark Chocolate Chai Latte.
Lunch was a Smoke House Club Sandwich from Rupert's Deli along with half a piece of cheesecake; delicious :) This meal doesn't fall under my real food rules (especially the cake because it surely has sugar and lots of it) but the food is homemade and good quality. The meat is local and smoked by the owner. If I am going to eat out than, in my opinion, this is a better choice than most :)
Dinner tonight was a bit of a surprise :) I got a call and ended up joining my Sister at Mallard Cottage and had dinner cooked by Chef Michael Smith :) All the food was fresh and local and all made from scratch; and it was all delicious :) We started with oysters outside and drinks. My first time ever eating a raw oyster, or any oyster for that matter. They were nice with a Bloody Mary toping but don't think oysters are for me. The starter was scallops, so yummy. We also had a salad and for the main there was whole roast pig stuffed with dressing and tons of sides. Dessert was apple pie and ice cream. The wine flowed and we ended with coffee with homemade Irish Cream :) It was a wonderful evening. Met lots of great new friends and Michael Smith :)
