Breakfast today was granola, banana and milk. I played around with my morning coffee again today by adding coconut milk and whole milk but leaving out the maple syrup. Ummmm, I need some maple syrup :) I added about half a tsp. It was ok but think I will stick to the full 1 tsp maple syrup and organic coffee cream (when I can get it) or just whole milk. I may soon try the recipes for homemade coffee creamer; I just need to find heavy cream that doesn't have any extra ingredients.
Lunch was left over pizza. It was ok but way too thick a crust for me. I think the crust was an inch thick. I will try this recipe again but maybe using half the dough to make the same size pizza.
Snack was a Larabar. Quick and easy and no preparing :)
