Breakfast: Oatmeal with lots of great toppings of fruits, nuts, and nut butter :)
Snack: Larabar.
Lunch: We were out and about again and stopped to Mucho Burrito for lunch. I feel this fits into my guidelines as I get to pick and choose what goes into my bowl (no dairy, gluten. etc) but I'm not 100% if all the foods actually follow my guidelines for ingredients or when being cooked so I plan to stop eating it for now. I had a Chicken Bowl with lots of veggies, rice and quinoa, and beans. It was very good.
Snacks for game night: I brought hummus and cucumber just in case but I didn't need to as they had lots of goodies I could enjoy :) Very thoughtful to make a point to have food for me knowing I was following my plan. I also didn't have any alcohol; hard when out socializing but very doable.
Just want people to know that I do struggle and it's not easy but it is possible to eat better and feel better :)
