Nachos (likely on Friday)
Freezer Meal (if needed)
A great day overall. All real-food meals and snacks.
Did our meal plan for this weekend and the coming week. Decided on Pizza tonight and chicken and salad for tomorrow night. I have work to do tomorrow and we have plans tomorrow night therefore a more simple meal was needed. We bought a roasted chicken today from the grocery store and I will make a homemade Caesar Salad from the 100 Days cookbook. Quick and easy :) The pizza we made tonight was the whole wheat crust from the link above. This is the only recipe we now use for pizza dough. I do make 2 pizza crusts from this recipe though; I like thinner crust. For toppings we used tomato sauce, Italian spices, tomato, green pepper, sun-dried tomato. prosciutto, mozzarella, pineapple, Parmesan, & fresh basil. Delicious :)
