Day 13 -One of the Best Meals Yet!

Day 13 is almost done and we have been following the 100 day challenge for almost 2 weeks now. Things are still going well but we are toying with the idea of going out to dinner tomorrow night. I would love a break from cooking and we would both love a break from dishes :) We have already picked a restaurant and looked at the menu and I think we have some possibilities that would fit into our real food challenge. We shall see.

Breakfast today was the same: granola, banana, milk, coffee (just regular with maple syrup and whole milk).

Snack today was a Larabar that I had to stop and buy at the grocery store because I was out shopping and forgot to take a snack with me :( but I stayed on track :)

Lunch was leftover fishcakes and they were still delicious.

Dinner tonight may have been one of the best recipes I've tried yet. I decided to make homemade meatballs (with ground chicken) with pasta and sauce. The meatballs were so tasty. After baking them I tossed them into the great marinara sauce we bought at Costco (all-natural and delicious). I also found some new whole wheat pasta that has only whole wheat flour and doesn't taste as bland as Catelli. Dinner was one of the best we have had so far :)
