Lunch was leftover pasta and meatballs from last night and I didn't eat that until 3:00. It was a big portion as well, therefore didn't want dinner. It is now almost 9 pm and now I'm getting hungry. I may just snack on some popcorn and perhaps a beer :) I spent all evening preparing resources and prepping the room for my new preschool classes I have starting this week. So excited, I am going into business for myself and doing something that I truly love :)
Day 14 of our 100 day real food challenge is pretty much finished. We have completed 2 weeks; Yay! We did not go out to eat tonight and really didn't have any dinner; meals got a little mixed up due to being busy and getting caught up in preparing for teaching preschool this week. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with banana pancakes (defrosted from the freezer) and maple syrup. It is really nice to be able to just take something from the freezer and not have to make everything as needed. These were still good but not as good as they were fresh. I think that the fact I didn't have to make them from scratch this morning was wonderful. I also had my morning coffee :) Snack was a Larabar I bought at the grocery store while out most of the afternoon running errands because I forgot to take a snack along with me, sigh.
