Day 2 of the real food challenge went well. I have to admit though it is a lot of work so be prepared. It is 8 pm and I just finished cleaning up from dinner and preparing for tomorrow and am now pretty tired. I am back to work next week as well so I want to have extra food prepared and in the freezer for the busier days, therefore it means I am doing more now.
Today I started with granola with banana and milk (whole milk, this is not a low fat diet), along with coffee (with cream and maple syrup)
For my snack today I had a whole wheat banana muffin. Very nice, still warm from the oven and smeared with real butter, again not a low fat diet. Really not a diet at all, just real food eating. Should of probably had a piece of fruit with the muffin but didn't think of it until later. I guess the smell of fresh muffins made me a little wonky :)
