Breakfast this morning was a different shake. I tried the Kiwi and Chia Seed Smoothie (need to scroll down for recipe from this link) and I really didn't like this one :( I found it hard to drink. It took me almost an hour and I didn't fully finish it. It was thick and jelly-like and green. Not overly pleasant. I won't be having that one again :(
Lunch today was the Chicken Soup recipe with a salad. This was really good. I will use this soup recipe again but I think I will just added cooked chicken to it instead of cooking an entire chicken in the soup and then having to fish out the bones and skin.
