Breakfast was another blueberry refrigerator oatmeal along with my morning coffee. Need to make granola again soon, I'm all out, and it's one of my favorite breakfast foods.
Lunch was leftovers from last night's dinner: Tuscan lemon chicken, orange pecan wild rice, and roasted tomatoes (see day 23 post for tomatoes).
Snack today was some pomegranate, cheese, and rye crackers.
