Still doing well and making better food choices. Breakfast was tea and toast. Yes I had grains. As I said in an earlier post I am trying to limit grains but not eliminate them 100%....yet. Lunch was leftover Coconut Mahi Mahi, sweet potato and asparagus from the night before. Dinner tonight was Pork Chops with Apples & Onions, mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. This was really yummy and satisfying.
Somehow I forgot to blog yesterday; oops. So here it is; better late then never. Still doing well and making better food choices. Breakfast was tea and toast. Yes I had grains. Dinner tonight was Pork Chops with Apples & Onions, mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. This was really yummy and satisfying. For night time snack I had a beer and some chips (the chips are Boulder Canyon and only have 3 ingredients: potato. olive oil and salt). I also had a tea before bed :)
