Breakfast this morning was another shake. This time I tried the Almond and Strawberry Smoothie. This was pretty good but I added extra strawberries and almond butter as well :) I will be sticking to this recipe and the Whole Food Smoothie I made on day 1. No more kiwi green smoothies for me, blah. I do find the shakes pretty filling as well so may try and stick with these as a breakfast option :)
Dinner tonight was Grilled Salmon and Vegetable Kebabs on Collard greens. It was my first time ever having or cooking collard greens. Hubby enjoyed them; they were not my favorite. I found them tough, maybe if they were cooked longer they would be nicer. The meal was ok for me, probably due to the greens and salmon yet again, but Hubby said it was the best meal so far in this plan.
