Breakfast today was granola (so glad I made it yesterday) with milk. I didn't have my morning coffee because when I made it this morning it seems the cream had turned and I had to throw it away. Very annoying because I have a lot of trouble finding organic cream with no added sugar, sigh, and I only bought and used this carton on Sunday, but it was already curdled today. I didn't make a second one with milk because I had to head out this morning, and let's face it, it wouldn't have been as good.
Lunch today was leftover Chicken Fried Rice from the other night. I didn't have leftover Creole Jambalaya from last night's dinner because Hubby made it too spicy and smoky for my tastes. He took it for lunch but I froze the rest of the leftovers for him to take as lunches.
Snack today was fresh pineapple along with some plain Greek yogurt and strawberry jam.
