Breakfast this morning was a slice of whole wheat bread with almond butter and honey along with my morning coffee.
Lunch today was leftovers from last night's dinner; quinoa pilaf and scallops. It was still only ok so probably wouldn't bother to make this recipe again.
Snack today was a coffee and some homemade chocolate when a friend stopped by for a visit, and then a little later I had a Larabar and some almonds because I was getting hungry and had awhile before dinnertime.
