Breakfast was Paleo Granola with milk. Lunch was leftover Shepherd's Pie from the other day. Still delicious. Snack today was some of my Valentine chocolate from my kiddies in preschool. I ate a good few and then started to feel odd; almost hungover afterwards.
Dinner tonight was Bison Burgers with homemade fries. Hubby cooked it all while I sipped a few beer :) I find a burger with a bun just too much food for me so I often opt for no bun. Hubby bought multi-grain buns for his. I had spinach, tomato, sun-dried tomato, and cheddar on my burger. It was absolutely delicious and maybe even more so after Hubby cooked it all, cleaned the dishes and I had a few drinks while waiting :)
