A great day following the 7 day BFF plan :) Food choices were extra yummy today. My meals today were a smoothie for breakfast. Leftover Chicken Soup for lunch. Banana Muffins for a snack, which have become a new favorite of mine. I have one or two muffins with a new nut butter I found (cashew, brazil, and coconut) and they are delicious :) Will be making these again for sure, and such a nice muffin without any gluten, dairy or added sugar. Dinner tonight was the Chicken Noodle Bowl. This was really good and Hubby really enjoyed it as well; which was great because he is not a fan of spaghetti squash. This recipe is another keeper :)
