Breakfast: Started my day with a big bowl of oatmeal. Same as yesterday morning except I forgot my raisins :(
Lunch: I couldn't eat the leftover Chickpea Madras I made last night as it was just too spicy for me. We were also out running errands longer than expected so ended up having to find something out to eat that fit into my guidelines. Funny enough, we ended up going to the mall and having Mucho Burrito. It's really good (as we have had it before) and fits my guidelines as well as Hubby's concerns for eating :) Win Win! I had a chicken bowl with lots of veggies, beans, rice, salsa, and guacamole. No cheese or taco shells and all was good :)
